1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vodio mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Helemai ("Helemai", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Serbia. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Vodio is a platform for organizing and communicating about events. Organizers can create events and subevents (such as trips, accommodations, and activities), invite attendees, and send notices to relevant groups of attendees. Attendees can view event itineraries and receive communications from event organizers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The Service is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under 18.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Roles: Organizers and Attendees
Organizers create and manage events, invite attendees and administrators, and are responsible for the accuracy of the event information and communications they send through the Service. Attendees receive event information and notices from organizers. Helemai is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the underlying arrangements (such as travel bookings or accommodation) between organizers and attendees — the Service only provides the itinerary and communication tools.
6. Notices and Communications
Organizers may send notices to attendees of events and subevents for which messaging is enabled. By joining an event as an attendee, you consent to receive such notices related to that event, including push notifications if enabled on your device. You may manage notification preferences in the app or your device settings.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Send spam, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent communications through the Service;
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to share;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
8. Content
You retain ownership of the content (such as event details, notices, and attachments) you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Helemai a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service, including delivering it to relevant attendees and organizers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us as described below.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Helemai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, nor for the accuracy of event information provided by organizers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date at the top of this page, and, where required, we will ask you to re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia.
