1. Purpose
Vodio connects event organizers with the people attending their events. These Community Standards describe the behavior we expect from everyone using the Vodio mobile application and related services (the "Service") — organizers, event admins, and attendees alike — and what happens when someone doesn't meet that standard. They apply alongside, and don't replace, the Acceptable Use section of our Terms and Conditions.
2. Expected Behavior
When communicating through the Service — notices, chat messages, or any other content you share — you're expected to:
- Treat other users with respect, regardless of your role;
- Share only content you have the right to share, and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- Use the Service for its intended purpose: organizing and communicating about events.
3. Prohibited Behavior
The following are never acceptable on Vodio:
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or any conduct intended to demean or intimidate another user;
- Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise indecent content;
- Spam, or repeated unsolicited communications;
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with an organizer or event;
- Sharing another person's private information without their consent;
- Any other content or behavior that violates applicable law.
4. Reporting a User or a Message
If someone violates these standards, report it directly from the app: open the offending message or that person's profile and choose "Report." Your report reaches the reported organizer's event backoffice, and always reaches our own platform moderation team as well — so a report is never left unaddressed just because a particular organizer hasn't staffed a backoffice team.
5. Blocking a User
You can also block another user directly from the app. Blocking prevents that person from being added to any new event alongside you or from starting a new direct chat with you going forward. It does not remove you from an event you're already both part of — an event admin's official communications to attendees, and an attendee's ability to reach their event's admins, are core to how Vodio works and aren't something either party can unilaterally cut off. If someone is abusing you within a shared event, report them — see Section 4.
6. Enforcement
We review every report. Depending on what we find, we may warn the reported user, remove them from an event, suspend their account, or remove specific content. We aim to act on reports promptly. This process is separate from, and does not require, blocking — reports can be filed and acted on regardless of whether the parties have blocked each other.
7. Contact Us
Questions about these Community Standards, or concerns you'd rather raise directly instead of through the in-app report flow, can be sent to legal@helemai.rs.
8. Changes to These Standards
We may update these Community Standards from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number and effective date at the top of this page.
